Caroline B. Schmittdiel
Caroline B. Schmittdiel joined the Firm as an associate in May 2013. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Schmittdiel provided in-house representation to a renewable energy company, where her experience included drafting business contracts, settling contract disputes, and providing advice in land use and zoning matters. Ms. Schmittdiel focuses her practice in the areas of business contract advice, business contract drafting and negotiation, business litigation, and commercial permitting.
During law school, Ms. Schmittdiel served as an Articles Editor for the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. She also worked as a Student Attorney at the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau, where she represented indigent clients in housing law matters.
